Southeastern Wake Adult Day Center’s home care services are offered by licensed, trained, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act. The Registered Nurse works with the client and their medical providers to develop a daily plan of care for the CNA to follow while in the home.

Home care services from Southeastern Wake Adult Day Center could be the difference between aging at home, surrounded by loved ones, and being placed in an institution because the family is unable to provide assistance with activities of daily living.
